2. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We usually ship orders within 24-48 hours Monday – Friday (in some cases faster, depending on the time of order placement). Orders that have been placed by 10:00 AM (CST) will most likely ship out the same day. If your order is placed on a Friday after 10:00 AM, on a public holiday, on a Saturday, or Sunday, the order will be processed on the next working day.

You will be notified via email once your transaction has been approved and then again once your order has been handed over to our shipment partner (Fed Ex or UPS). This second email will include a tracking number so you can see the status of your shipment at any time of its journey to you. We offer free ground 2-5 day shipping to the counterminous United States. For orders placed to ship to locations in the states of Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories (such as Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Palau) or for International shipments, we will charge a shipping cost contribution. In this instance, please contact us at info@shoreandchore.com prior to placing an order.

Upon delivery inspect the box and contents for any signs of damage.  If you find significant damage to your order, you have the right to refuse the shipment.  In this instance, please write “Refused due to damage” and return to the shipment to the delivery driver.  The shipment will be returned to us and upon receipt of the damaged shipment, we will issue a replacement shipment.  If the damage is minor, you may choose to accept the shipment.  In this instance, please email photos of the damage and the shipping box to us at info@shoreandchore.com within 48 hours of accepting delivery and we will work with you to repair the damage or issue replacement parts so that you are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

2.1 Pricing & Coupons

We reserve the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices without prior notice. Products are available while supplies last. Inadvertent errors in advertised prices are not binding on us and may be adjusted by us at any time.

Coupons and promotional codes provided to you are for your individual use only. You may not transfer, offer for sale, publish or otherwise share our coupons and promotional codes unless the terms of the promotion expressly allow you to do so. We reserve the right to cancel orders when it has reason to believe that any coupon or promotional code is being used by someone other than the intended recipient, or in the case of suspected abuse, misuse or fraud.
